ಷರತ್ತುಗಳು

  1. ನಾನು ಸ್ವಯಂಸೇವಕನಾಗಿ/ಸ್ವಯಂಸೇವಕಳಾಗಿ ಮೇಲ್ಕೊಟ್ಟಿರುವ ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಲು ಬಂದಿದ್ದೇನೆ.
  2. ನನ್ನ ಕರಾರು ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ವರ್ಷ 2026-2027 ರ ದಿನಾಂಕ __________ ರಿಂದ ಆರಂಭವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ನನ್ನ ನಡೆ-ನುಡಿ ಮತ್ತು ಕೆಲಸದ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಮುಂದಿನ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ವರ್ಷದಿಂದ ಹೊಸದಾಗಿ ಕರಾರು ಪತ್ರ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು.
  3. ನಾನು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ/ಶಾಲೆಯಿಂದ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿರುವ ಪ್ರತಿದಿನದ ಕೆಲಸವನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟುನಿಟ್ಟಾಗಿ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ.
  4. ನಾನು ಸೋಮವಾರದಿಂದ ಶನಿವಾರದವರೆಗೆ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಕೆಲಸದ ಸಮಯ ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 10 ರಿಂದ ಸಂಜೆ 5 ರವರೆಗೆ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ (ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಬದಲಾವಣೆ ಆಗಬಹುದು).
  5. ನಾನು ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ರಜೆಗಳು/ಶಾಲಾ ರಜೆ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಿಂದ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವ ಕೆಲಸವನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟುನಿಟ್ಟಾಗಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇನೆ.
  6. ನನಗೆ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಿಂದ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವ ಗೌರವಧನ ನನ್ನ ಕೆಲಸದ ಹಾಜರಿನ ದಿನಗಳ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ.
  7. ನಾನು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ/ಶಾಲೆ ನೀಡಿರುವ ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಸೀಮಿತನಾಗಿರುತ್ತೇನೆ/ಳಾಗಿರುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ರೀತಿಯ ಅಹಿತಕರ ಘಟನೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಡೆಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಅಂತಹ ಘಟನೆ ನಡೆದಿದ್ದರೆ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ನಾನು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರನಾಗಿರುತ್ತೇನೆ. ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಕೆಲಸದಿಂದ ವಜಾಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಹಕ್ಕು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ/ಶಾಲೆಗೆ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ.
  8. ನಾನು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ/ಶಾಲೆಗೆ ಅಥವಾ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ರೀತಿಯ ಹಣವನ್ನು/ಲಂಚವನ್ನು ನೀಡಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
  9. ನಾನು ಸೇರಿರುವ ಕೆಲಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಏನಾದರೂ ಲೋಪ-ದೋಷಗಳಿದ್ದರೆ ನನ್ನ ಕೆಲಸ/ಶಾಲೆ ಬದಲಾವಣೆ ಮಾಡಬಹುದು.
  10. ನಾನು ಪ್ರತಿದಿನ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ನೀಡಿರುವ ಹಾಜರಾತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಶಾಲೆ ನೀಡಿರುವ ಹಾಜರಾತಿಯನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟುನಿಟ್ಟಾಗಿ ಪಾಲಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ನನ್ನ ಅಪ್ಲಿಕೇಶನ್ ಹಾಜರಾತಿಯನ್ನು ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 10 ಗಂಟೆಯೊಳಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಜೆ 5 ಗಂಟೆಯೊಳಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಬೇಕು. ಇಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದರೆ ನನ್ನ ಹಾಜರಾತಿಯನ್ನು ಗೈರು ಎಂದು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. ನಾನು ಪ್ರತಿಮಾಸದಲ್ಲಿ 26 ದಿನಗಳು ಕೆಲಸವನ್ನು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು.
  11. ನಾನು ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುವ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಯಾವುದೇ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳು ಬಂದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಾತಾಡಿ ಪರಿಹರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಅದೇ ರೀತಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಯಾವುದೇ ಬೇರೆ ಸಂಘ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕೈಜೋಡಿಸಿ ಹೋರಾಟ ಮಾಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ಮಾಡಿದರೆ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಕೆಲಸದಿಂದ ವಜಾಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಹಕ್ಕು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ.
  12. ನಾನು ಸ್ವಯಂಸೇವಕನಾಗಿ/ಸ್ವಯಂಸೇವಕಳಾಗಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಅನಿರೀಕ್ಷಿತವಾಗಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಬಿಟ್ಟರೆ ನನ್ನ ಬಾಕಿ ಇರುವ ವೇತನವನ್ನು ಕೇಳುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

Terms and Conditions

  1. I have come to perform duties at the above-mentioned school as a volunteer.
  2. My contract period will be from the selected date for the academic year 2026-2027. Based on my conduct and performance, a new contract will be drawn up for the next academic year.
  3. I will strictly perform the daily tasks assigned to me by the institution / school.
  4. I will work from Monday to Saturday, and the working hours will be from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (subject to changes in timing).
  5. I will strictly perform the work assigned by the institution even during government holidays / school vacation days.
  6. The honorarium provided to me by the institution will be based on the number of days of my actual work attendance.
  7. I will limit myself only to the work assigned by the institution / school. I will not engage in any kind of untoward incidents in the school. If any such incident occurs, I will be held fully responsible, and the institution / school reserves all rights to dismiss me from work.
  8. I have not paid any form of money/bribe to the institution / school / representatives of the institution.
  9. If there are any flaws or defects in the work I am assigned to, my work or school location may be changed.
  10. I will strictly follow the attendance marking systems provided by both the institution and the school daily. My application attendance must be sent correctly before 10:00 AM and before 5:00 PM to the institution. Otherwise, my attendance will be marked as absent. I must compulsorily work for 26 days every month.
  11. If any issues arise against the institution where I work, I will discuss and resolve them directly with the management. I will not join other unions or organizations to protest against the institution. If found doing so, the institution reserves the right to dismiss me from service.
  12. If I leave the volunteer work unexpectedly midway, I will not claim my remaining or pending salary/stipend.
